Water Resources
This planet has a finite supply of fresh water, and it's becoming scarce. As the world's population increases so does demand for water. This is compounded by the fact that as people become more prosperous, their water use increases dramatically. In addition, what limited supplies we have are often impacted or threatened by industrial pollution.
We understand that each drop of water must be protected, managed, restored and used efficiently. We must deliver sustainable solutions to water management and use - whether the water is in a river, lake, marsh, an aquifer, or running down a street or storm drain. We offer source water assessment and protection plans, watershed management plans and aquatic ecology, water rights allocation, water balance and water resource development studies. We can also support the enhanced use of water from water re-use, and grey-water systems to marginal water development, conjunctive use, aquifer storage and recovery, and water transfer agreements. Regardless, we have the expertise and experience needed to optimize the management and use of this life-sustaining resource.
